AI Opener is now Tisser.
On 1 September we changed our name. The workspace, the agents and the rules behind them did not change. This is what the new word means, and why we went looking for it in the first place.

The answer in 30 seconds

Why Tisser
We wanted one word that carried the finished part rather than the starting part.
Tisser is French for to weave: many separate threads pulled into a single cloth. That is nearly a literal account of what happens inside the product. One brief goes in, a team of specialists picks up different threads at the same time, and what comes back is one finished piece instead of a pile of drafts for you to assemble.
Then there is the Dutch, which we did not plan and will happily take credit for. Say Tisser out loud and you get ’t is er: it’s done. Both meanings describe the same moment, which is the moment the work lands on your desk finished rather than half-built.
What actually changed
The name on the door, the address you type, and the mark at the top of this page. That is the whole list. Same company, same people, same platform, same agreements.
Why we changed it now
AI Opener was an accurate name for the company we were. It described the job we were doing then: opening AI up to organisations that could not safely touch it, and getting commercial teams past the first door.
That job is largely done. The question stopped being whether a marketing, sales or support team can use AI. Everyone can make things with AI now. The question became whether they can scale it without losing control of what goes out under their name, and that is a different problem with a different shape.
A name about opening is the wrong name for a product about finishing. So we kept the engineering, the team and the rules, and changed the word on the front.

Close to nothing, and we would like to keep it that way.
The site is tisser.ai and we read what arrives at hello@tisser.ai. The old aiopener.io is still standing, so links and bookmarks you have already shared keep working while we move things across.
Your agreement and your billing details are unchanged. If your finance or procurement team needs the new name on paper before the next invoice, mail hello@tisser.ai and we will send what they need the same working day.
