AI Implementation Lead

What the job is

Most AI projects stall in the same place. The demo lands, everyone nods, and three months later nobody has changed how they work. Closing that gap is the job.

You sit down with a client, work out which parts of their process AI can actually carry, and then build it. Not a deck about what could be built: the workflows, the agents, the knowledge sources and the review steps, configured in Tisser One and tested against real work.

This is not project management with an AI label on it. You need to know what today’s models do well and where they fall over, and you need to be the one at the keyboard.

What you will do

• Turn a client’s processes into concrete use cases, workflows and agents.
• Build those in Tisser One: instructions, knowledge sources, tools, guardrails and review steps.
• Test the output with the people who will use it, and sharpen it with the product team.
• Run the implementation from kick-off to the point where people open it without being asked.
• Manage scope, planning and expectations on both sides.
• Spot the integrations that need a developer, and hand those over cleanly.
• Watch what actually gets used, and widen what works to other teams.

What you bring

• You have built or implemented AI workflows, agents or applications yourself.
• You understand prompting, context, retrieval, model choice, evaluation and human review. You can tell an impressive demo from something that still holds up on a Tuesday afternoon.
• You are at home in no-code and low-code tooling. Code or API experience helps, but you do not need to be a developer.
• You can hold a room of business stakeholders and a call with engineers in the same afternoon.
• You turn a vague brief into a plan, and you take responsibility for how it lands.
• Four or five days a week, at least two of them in Amsterdam.

The role sits close to clients, product and the founders. What you learn in an implementation goes straight back into Tisser One, so you shape the product as well as deliver it.

The office is at AI AM, the Amsterdam hub for AI builders that Tisser co-founded. You work next to other people building this, not in a room on your own.

The honest part

There is no delivery team behind you. You run the session and then you build what came out of it, so some weeks are more configuring and testing than talking. That is also why the work lands: the person who promised it is the person who made it.
