Why he came
Sander has been experimenting with AI since early 2023, and noticed what most people notice: it makes you considerably more productive.
What happened next is the exact problem we sit down with every week.
“At the same time I saw that individual progress does not automatically translate into better business results,” he says. “That step, from personal productivity to value for the whole organisation, is what draws me to Tisser. In the end we want not just individuals but entire organisations to perform better.”
What he will do
Sander takes the commercial organisation: positioning, onboarding and client development. Not growth for its own sake, but whether clients are actually better off.
“I find technology genuinely interesting, but in the end I want to understand what it means for a business. When does the work get better? When are our clients more successful? When does it pay off? That is what it is about for me.”
At Snapchat he was responsible, as Client Partner, for growing key accounts in the Benelux. At We Are Era he worked as Growth Director on new business and on how teams work together.
Why we are glad
Radboud Langenhorst, our CEO: “Clients ask less and less what AI can do, and more and more how they can apply it safely, controllably and with demonstrable results. Sander brings commercial experience from fast-moving technology and media companies, and helps us shape this next phase of growth.”
