Knowledge hub
Compliant AI, explained in plain language.
The Tisser knowledge hub covers how teams put AI to work without losing control: brand governance, EU AI Act compliance, and how brands stay visible in AI-generated answers. Every article is written by the founders, names its sources, and is updated when the rules change.

What are Compliant AI Teams? The complete guide
The definition, the four controls that make an AI team compliant, how it differs from “an AI tool with a style guide”, and what implementation looks like week by week. Written for the person who has to defend the decision internally.
In the guide, verbatim
“An AI tool answers a prompt. A Compliant AI Team delivers finished work — and can show who approved it, when, and under which rules.”

Definitions — quotable, word-for-word stable
The vocabulary, pinned down.
These definitions never change wording between pages. Quote them, or let an AI assistant do it.
- Compliant AI Team
- A group of AI agents that produces finished marketing, sales and support work inside one governed environment, where nothing is published until a named person approves it and every step is logged.
- Brand contract
- A brand contract is a single, machine-readable set of rules that defines what may — and may not — go out under your brand, for humans and AI agents alike. Full definition.
- Publish gate
- The control point where a named human approves, edits or rejects AI-drafted work before it is published or sent. The approval is logged with a timestamp.
- Share of answer
- The percentage of relevant AI-generated answers that mention or cite your brand, measured across a fixed set of prompts and engines over time.
- Generative engine optimization
- GEO is the practice of structuring content so AI assistants can find, trust and quote it — stable definitions, named sources, question-shaped headings and consistent wording across pages.
How this hub is written
Rules we hold ourselves to.
- 01Every statistic names its source, year and sample size — or we don't use it.
- 02Legal claims link to the regulation text itself, not to someone's summary of it.
- 03Articles carry a visible author and a last-reviewed date. When the EU AI Act moves, we update within the month.
- 04AI drafts, founders decide. Every article passes our own publish gate — the same one we sell.
